Box and Sneakers: To be eligible for a return or exchange, both the original shoebox and the sneakers must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. This means no damage, creases, or sole wear should be present. We recommend trying your sneakers on a soft, clean surface to avoid any damage that may result in your exchange/item being rejected.
Tags: All original tags, including the authenticity tag and any other tags, must remain in situ and untampered with for your return or exchange to be accepted.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, which includes providing a tracking number. Please email the tracking number to us at info@sneeks.com.au once the item has been shipped.
Exchanges and Store Credit:
If your return meets the specified conditions, we will provide you with store credit. Store credit is limited to the availability of stock and products in our inventory.
If the desired product or size is not available in our current inventory, please email us at info@sneeks.com.au. While we may be able to source the product, we cannot guarantee a specific timeframe (usually 2 to 6 weeks).
We accept exchanges for different sizes to ensure you get the perfect fit.
No Refunds Policy:
Please note that we do not offer refunds. Once your order is placed online, it is considered final. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Store Credit Details:
Store credits provided do not expire and can be used towards future purchases on our website.
